The Stayton Room

Our 1920s-inspired on-site bar is named after U.S. Navy Captain William Stayton, who started the Association Against the Prohibition Amendment and was a key leader in the repeal of prohibition. In the evening, The Stayton Room offers a craft cocktail menu built around prohibition era libations, plus delicious bar fare featuring locally sourced ingredients. Stop by in the morning for a continental breakfast buffet.
